Greek yoghurt with berries, trail mix, peanut butter and dark strawberry chocolate.
Breakfast was greek yoghurt mixed with a scoop of protein powder, topped with a sliced comice pear and a dusting of cinnamon. Food has been okay today, even had a few snacks without counting calories. And despite coming very close to it, no b/p at work. Feeling a bit worried about having eaten too much (had grapes and cashew nuts) but trying to put that aside. I am seriously thinking about how to move on from where I am now with regards to food and my body.

Memphis is happily showing off his new muscles, while Barb just smiles and nods.
Seeing as harpies and minotaurs are typically found in the mountains in this game, I guess she met him there.
I really need to work on how I draw males… and muscles.
